The Bałtów Animal Kingdom

Medals available at the entrance, opposite the ticket office!
In our Animal Park, you can come “face to face” with creatures that were once numerous in Europe but are now rare. A prime example are the European bison, which are the pride of our park.
For the convenience of visitors and to meet the needs of resident animals, the park is divided into two sections.
The “upper section” is explored aboard an American school bus. Over 400 animals roam freely in several sectors, living in conditions close to their natural habitat. Observing camels, llamas, zebu cattle (so-called “sacred cows”), Australian emus, Asian nilgai antelopes and many other species while listening to the guide’s entertaining commentary provides fascinating insights into animal behavior.
RESIDENTS OF THE UPPER PARK:
European bison, camels, llamas, alpacas, fallow deer, various deer species, mouflons, Syrian and African goats, sheep (various species from around the world), zebu cattle, Scottish cattle, yaks, nilgai antelopes, wild boars, emus, African ostriches.
LOWER ANIMAL PARK:
Walking through the “lower section” of Bałtów Animal Park means encountering the colorful world of birds. This experience is complemented by numerous mammals, with children particularly drawn to ponies, donkeys and amusing macaque monkeys.
RESIDENTS OF THE LOWER PARK:
Mammals: macaques, ponies, donkeys, Patagonian maras, golden agoutis, coatis, skunks, raccoons, squirrels, sheep and goats.
