Every medal is struck from blanks in our own facility. A die cut for your venue stays with your venue — we do not resell your design to the attraction in the next town.

In German-speaking Europe the machine is a Medaillenautomat, in France a distributeur de médailles, in English-speaking markets a souvenir coin machine. We supply all of them from one production line in Poland. The things a buyer should really be comparing are further down the contract: first order size, lead time, restocking logistics, packaging, spare-part availability and who carries the stock. Order Sizes Matched to Real Demand
The first order is sized against your actual footfall rather than a warehouse minimum. Reorders are placed against the sales figures the machine reports, so stock follows demand instead of a guess made twelve months earlier.
Restocking on a Cycle You Set
Bulk medal deliveries arrive on an agreed schedule: quarterly suits most single-site venues, monthly suits high-traffic entrances. Telemetry tells us when a delivery needs bringing forward.
Spare Parts Held, Not Ordered
Coin mechanisms, payment modules, locks and control boards come from our own stock. For partners running several machines we place a parts stock in-country so a fault is a same-week fix rather than a shipping problem.
Freight and Documentation
Consolidated freight within the EU and worldwide, with export documentation, country-of-origin marking and language labelling prepared for the destination market rather than left to you.
Medal Specifications
What we can strike, and what each option is normally used for.
Diameters
29 mm, 32 mm and 38 mm as standard. The 32 mm format is the most widely used across European venues. The 38 mm is chosen where the design carries fine detail or the medal is sold at a premium price point.
Material and Finish
Struck from alloy blanks with gold-tone plating as standard. Bronze and copper finishes are available and are most often used to mark a limited series apart from the regular design.
Relief and Detail
Two-sided striking with raised relief. Architectural outlines, animal profiles, lettering and dates reproduce reliably at 32 mm; very fine linework belongs on the 38 mm blank.
Edge and Packaging
Plain or reeded edge. Medals are delivered in bulk for machine loading, or individually packaged where the venue also sells them across a counter.
Design Ownership
The die is cut for your venue and used only for your venue. Artwork is approved by you in writing before striking begins, and the approved proof is what we strike against.
Series and Reorders
A base design plus seasonal or anniversary variants is the pattern that holds up: it gives a returning visitor a second reason to buy without redesigning the whole programme.

Loading and Capacity
Capacity is quoted in medals rather than in litres, because that is the number that decides your restocking round. We size the cabinet against your annual footfall and the number of designs you intend to run, and tell you how many visits a full load will actually cover.

Three Ways to Buy

Machine Purchase
You buy the cabinet and order medals against it. Full margin on every medal, full control of pricing, the asset on your own books.
Revenue Share
We supply, install and service the cabinet and carry the medal stock; you provide the location. Revenue is split on agreed terms with no capital outlay on your side.
