We serve freshly brewed beer straight from our own guesthouse brewery. Our beers are a regional specialty, boasting a unique flavor that gives them exceptional character. Using only natural ingredients—water, malt, hops, and yeast—our master brewer crafts a variety of beers in strict accordance with the German Beer Purity Law of 1516.
