The “Trzy Korony” Mountain Hut is located in the Pieniny Mountains, in the village of Sromowce Niżne, at the foot of the most famous peak in the Pieniny – Trzy Korony (Three Crowns, 982 m a.s.l.) – from which it takes its name. The hut stands at the entrance to one of the most interesting trails in the Pieniny Proper, leading through the famous Szopczański Gorge. It is situated at an altitude of 470 m a.s.l.

From the hut’s windows, guests can enjoy picturesque views of the Dunajec River Gorge, the Red Monastery (Czerwony Klasztor), and the Belianske Tatras (Tatry Bielskie) on the Slovak side.

The hut currently offers 48 beds in 18 rooms (2-, 3-, and 4-person). Each room is equipped with a private bathroom.
