The palace and park complex consists of a palace, an eastern pavilion called an outbuilding, a western pavilion called an orangery, a stable building with a column portico built in the early 19th century and guarded by two stone lions, and a preserved part of an English landscape park with magnificent plane trees. The palace in Kurozwęki is a former knight’s castle, built by the Kurozwęcki family around 1400. With the change of owners (Kurozwęcki, Lanckorońscy, Sołtykowie, Popielowie), the character of the building also changed, from a typical defensive castle, through a manor house to a baroque-classical residence. Nowadays, the Palace in Kurozwêki is known in Poland as a historic building and a tourist attraction with the only herd of American bison in Poland and interesting attractions, such as: a maze in corn, which this year had the figure of Koziołek Matołek. The premises also include: dining and conference rooms, hotel rooms, a restaurant, café and pizzeria, so it is an excellent place for conferences, events, special events, as well as trips and family stays.
