The Archcathedral of St. John the Baptist in Wrocław (German: Breslauer Dom, Kathedrale St. Johannes des Täufers) is a Roman Catholic Gothic parish church and also the cathedral of Wrocław bishops, located on Wrocław’s Cathedral Island.
The current, fourth cathedral essentially dates from the Gothic period of the 13th-14th centuries. However, it was preceded by three other churches in the same location. Its present form is the result of Baroque additions and modern restorations after wartime destruction. It is considered the first fully Gothic church on Polish soil.
