Historical Silver Mine in Tarnowskie Góry

The Historic Silver Mine is a unique Monument of Ore Mining in Europe. The mine contains an enormous underground labyrinth of excavations, corridors, chambers and tunnels with a total length of about 150 km. It features a miraculous spring with crystal-clear water. Inside you’ll find the “Low Chamber” covering 2000 square meters and being the lowest at just 1 meter in height. Another attraction is the water passageway that can be navigated by boat. The water route is 270m long with a channel depth of about 80 cm.
